1-CXKE-R, 1-CHKE-R
APPLICATION
Cables substitute: 1-CYKY, NYM
Power cables with smaller cross-sections with higher resistance to fire propagation according to IEC 60332-3-22, non-halogen, with low smoke density by burning according to STN IEC 61034-2 and low corrosivity of combustion gases according to STN IEC 60754-2. They have copper conductors with insulation and jacket out of non-halogen materials. Cables are designated for nominal voltage 0,6/1 kV, for fixed installation in normal and humid environment (STN 33 0300). Cables can be used in environment with fire hazard and can be installed also on flammable base.

INSTALLATION AND APPLICATION PARAMETERS
- Maximal allowed core temperature in service 90 °C, by overload 120 °C, by short circuit 250 °C.
- Minimal bending radius – 15-times cable diameter.
- Minimal allowed ambient temperature for fixed installation -40 °C.
- Minimal allowed ambient temperature by installation (mounting) is -15 °C.
PACKING, DELIVERING, STORAGE, TRANSPORT
All cable types are supplied according to relevant company standards, twisted into coils, eventually greater lengths on wooden or metal drums. Every length is marked with tag with these data:
- producer´s mark
- cable identification
- cable length in meters
- production date
- stamp of quality control
The whole cable can be marked with description on a jacket on request of a client.
Cables can be stored in general in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C to +50 °C.
It is necessary to assure that cables are not damaged by mechanical or other effects.
