1K-NAH 99, 1K-NAH 99UV

Application

Impregnating resins are suitable for insulation systems of thermal class H. They are designated for impregnation of windings of electrical rotating machines and transformers from big diameter enameled wires and from big diameter rectangular wires.

Characteristics

Impregnating resins are one-component based on solution of unsaturated polyesterimid resins in diacrylate. Only a small amount of volatile substances avoid during curing. They do not pollute working environment and do not cause fire danger. It is not necessary to clean exhaust air. Impregnating resins are resistant to transformer oils and refrigerator liquids.

Processing

Impregnating resin 1K-NAH 99 can be processed at conventional impregnating appliances under atmospheric pressure and vacuum by dipping, flooding or sloshed during rotation. Impregnating resin 1K-NAH 99 can be processed at impregnating appliance with combined curing by electrical current and UV radiation.

Packing and storage

Impregnating resin is delivered in non-returnable, clean, for other products not used packages in 200kg and 50kg, eventually in packages according to agreement between producer and client.

Impregnating resins are stored in tightly closed packages in dry ventilated warehouse by +5°C to +25°C, which complies with STN 65 0201. In terms of traffic regulations are impregnating resins not classified as dangerous products.
