APPLICATION
Cables substitute: CYTY, CYTFY
Cables for security systems with higher resistance to fire propagation according to IEC 60332-3-22, non-halogen, with low smoke density by burning according to STN IEC 61034-2 and low corrosivity of combustion gases according to STN IEC 60754-2. Cables are used as connecting elements between sensors and evaluating central units working in DC mode. There are used two conductors as power supply and different number of signal conductors. They can be used in normal and humid environment (STN 33 0300) and also in environment with fire hazard and can be installed also on flammable base.
CONSTRUCTION

1 Two to eight signal cores with single-wire copper cores with diameter of 0,3 mm to 0,8 mm.
2 Two power supply cores with copper cores with diameter of 0,5 to 1 mm.
3 Core insulation on co-polymer EVA base.
4 Wrapping with Al-PET foil with 1-2 drained CuSn wires (only for types CHTFE).
5 Non-halogen flame retardant jacket.

Power and signal cores are twisted together.

It is possible to combine different core diameters to one cable on request of client.
PACKING, DELIVERING, STORAGE, TRANSPORT
All cable types are supplied according to relevant company standards, twisted into coils, eventually greater lengths on wooden or metal drums. Every length is marked with tag with these data:
- producer´s mark
- cable identification
- cable length in meters
- production date
- stamp of quality control
The whole cable can be marked with description on a jacket on request of a client.
Cables can be stored in general in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C up to +50 °C.
It is necessary to assure that cables are not damaged by mechanical or other effects.
