APPLICATION
Cables substitute: J-Y(St)Y, JE-Y(St)Y
Signal cables designated for mutual connection of sensors and evaluation centres of fire-control and security systems. Cables have higher resistance to fire propagation according to IEC 60332-3-24 (cat. C) and functional capacity by the fire for 180 minutes according to IEC 60331-23, non-halogen, with low smoke density by burning according to STN IEC 61034-2 and low corrosivity of combustion gases according to STN IEC 60754-2. They are designated for maximal voltage of 225V, for fixed installation in normal and wet ambient (STN 33 0300). Cables can be used also in environment with fire hazard and can be installed also on flammable base.
CONSTRUCTION

1 Solid copper round core with diameter 0,8 mm.
2 Fireproof barrier out of mica tape.
3 Conductor insulation out of flame retardant non-halogen material. Colour marking of conductors responds to VDE 0815. Conductors are twisted into pairs. Number of pairs: 1-20.
4 Separator out of PETP tape.
5 Braiding out of temperature resistant glass tape.
6 Screening out of Al-laminated tape and min. 1 tinned copper applied wire 0,5 mm.
7 Flame retardant jacket, red colour with an option of labeling according to agreement.

DELIVERING, PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
All cable types are supplied according to relevant company standards, twisted into coils, eventually greater lengths on wooden or metal drums. Every length is marked with tag with these data:
- producer´s mark
- cable identification
- cable length in meters
- production date
- stamp of quality control
The whole cable can be marked with description on a jacket on request of a client.
Cables can be stored in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C až +50 °C.
It is necessary to assure that cables are not damaged by mechanical or other effects.
