Cables substitute: SYKY, SYKFY

Signal twisted cables with higher resistance to fire propagation according to IEC 60332-3-22, non-halogen, with low smoke density by burning according to STN IEC 61034-2 and low corrosivity of combustion gases according to STN IEC 60754-2. Cables have COPPER single-wired cores with diameter of 0,5 mm and 0,8 mm with insulation and jacket out of non-halogen materials. Cables are designated for transmission of signals with nominal voltage up to 100 V and for fixed installed distribution networks. It is possible to use them in normal or humid environment (STN 33 0300), also in environment with fire hazard and can be installed also on flammable base.

CONSTRUCTION

1 Solid copper core

2 Conductors insulation out of cross-linked PE. Conductors are twisted into pairs.

3 Wrapping with shielding Al-PET foil with drain CuSn wires (only for type JXFE).

4 Filling cover (if it is necessary in term of technology).

5 Non-halogen flame retardant jacket, coloured orange or black with labelling by request

Diameter of copper cores can be 0,4mm; 0,5mm; 0,6mm of 0,8mm, number of pairs in cable 1 to 20.

PACKING, DELIVERING, STORAGE, TRANSPORT

All cable types are supplied according to relevant company standards, twisted into coils, eventually greater lengths on wooden or metal drums. Every length is marked with tag with these data:

- producer´s mark
- cable identification
- cable length in meters
- production date
- stamp of quality control

The whole cable can be marked with description on a jacket on request of a client.

Cables can be stored in general in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C to +50 °C.

It is necessary to assure that cables are not damaged by mechanical or other effects.
