LVL 100, LVL 200, LAL 205
APPLICATION
Adhesive enamels LVL 100, LVL 200 and LAL 205 are designated mostly for mechanical strengthening – for adhesion of conductors in electrical machines stator windings, middle and big power magnets of separators and so on. From enamels can be electro insulating materials prepared in combination with filling agents on inorganic basis. They are laid on with brush or by dipping. Recommended time for curing of enamels is 1 hour by 160 °C.
CHARACTERISTICS
LVL 100, LVL 200 and LAL 205 are one-component adhesive enamels based on modified epoxy resins with low content of volatile substances (max. 8 %).

PACKING AND STORAGE
Adhesive enamels are filled into clean and dry metal packages.
Adhesive enamels must be stored in tightly closed packages in dry ventilated warehouse by max. 25 °C v suchom vetranom skladišti, which complies with regulations for storing of flammables. Adhesive enamels must not be put on direct sun radiation, radiant heat, frost and moisture. During a storage is allowed increase of enamel viscosity measured by 20 °C do 16 000 mPa.s.
