NH 91, NH 91 LV, NH 91 MV
Application
They are designated for impregnation of mechanically and thermally stressed windings of electrical rotating machines and transformers of thermal class H (180°C) by discontinue dipping or flooding technology under atmospheric pressure or under vacuum and pressure. Impregnating resin NH 91 is delivered according to TP VUKI - 0174/93, impregnating resin NH 91 LV according to TP VUKI - 0207/97.
Characteristics
NH 91, NH 91 LV, NH 91 MV are one-component impregnating resins based on solution of modified unsaturated polyester resin in dialyphtalate. They are cured for 3-5h by 135 - 150°C since reaching corresponding temperature in winding. Impregnating resins are resistant to refrigerator liquids, transformer oils and radioactive radiation.
