NH 91/2Z, NH 91 LV/2Z

Application

It is designated for trickling impregnation of mechanically and thermally stressed windings of alternators and electrical rotating machines for domestic appliances and hand tools of thermal class H (180°C).

Trickling impregnating resin NHZ 94 is delivered according to TP VUKI 0212/08.

Characteristics

Two-component trickling impregnating resins NH91../2Z are characterized by short curing time 15 min. by 130-150°C in winding. They are based on solution of modified unsaturated polyester resin in dialyphtalate. Windings impregnated with it have very good bonding strength, resistance to vapour solvents, transformer oils and radioactive radiation. Before processing it must be mixed with a hardener Z 83 in the mass ratio 100:2 or 100:2,5.
