APPLICATION
Plastic twisted cable for video-signal transmission TCEKF...(camera cables) is designated mainly for video-signal transmission in electronic security systems.
According to type, the cable is designated for indoor or outdoor installation, for setting into ducts, for burying to earth. Cables are produced in 1- or 2-pair version. On request of customer, the cable can be produced with halogen-free, flame retardant jacket, whereby this construction meets IEC 322-3A.
Cables TCEKF... n x 2 x 0,8 are produced and delivered according to PN VUKI 21 001.
MARKING
Cable mark consists of characters, which indicate mainly used materials and cable construction:
TCEK + next character in sequence:
5. F - screening of plated leafs
6. E - PE jacket
Y - PVC jacket
Complete cable marking contains besides character mark also entry about number of pairs n and entry about nominal core diameter m in mm.
Marking example:
TCEKFY 1 x 2 x 0,8
One pair cable with conductor cores with diameter 0,8 mm and with PVC jacket.
CONSTRUCTION
1 Cores are out of copper wires with nominal diameter 0,8 mm.
2 Insulation is out of solid PE. Conductor insulation colour, which distinguishes conductors and pairs, is:
1. pair - blue and natural
2. pair - red and green
Colour marking can be different based on mutual agreement of manufacturer and customer.
3 Screening jacket (in cable version with screening "F") is created of bottom longitudinally overlapped, resp. wrapped PET or PET+A1 layer oriented with metal outside and upper wrapped PET+A1 layer oriented with metal inwards. Minimal thickness of A1 layer on screening layer is 0,012 mm. Continuity of foil is assured minimally with one additional tinned Cu wire with nominal diameter min. 0,4 mm.
4 Jacket is made of solid PE, resp. PVC. Jacket colour is black. Nominal jacket thickness is 1,2mm.

PACKING, DELIVERING AND STORAGE
Cables are delivered in production length on wooden or metal drums. Smaller lengths can be delivered also in coils.
Cables can be stored in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C to +50 °C.
