TZH 003 – 005, TZH 01 - 05 and 1 - 9
APPLICATION
Heat shrinkable insulation tubes are determined for creation of watertight armatures of power and communication cables, for local protection against increased mechanical stress. They can be used as mechanical protection for other products too. Inside the tubes are covered with a layer of hot melt adhesive, which ensures reliable and long-term stable connections of the shrinked tubes with the basic material (PVC, PE, Cu, Fe, etc.). The tubes can be delivered also without adhesive.
MARKING
The designation consists from character sign TZH and a number to indicate the dimension of insulation tube.
CHARACTERISTICS
Heat shrinkable tubes TZH 01 - 05 and 1 - 9 are made from modified radiation-induced cross-linked polyethylene, which properties are shown in Tab. 1. Very good mechanical and chemical properties of basic material allow a wide range of use.
The dimensions of tubes are shown in Tab. 2.
Heat shrinkable insulation tubes TZH 003 – 005, TZH 01 - 05 and 1 - 9 are produced according to PN VUKI 22 003.

The tubes are delivered in pieces with 1000 mm length, packed in PE bags (more pieces). Shorter lengths can be agreed with producer.
Ordering example: 100 pcs, TZH 1 - 37/14 - 1000 mm, with adhesive.
