APPLICATION
Cables substitute: VCCJY, VLEOY, VLEJY, VCEOY, VLEDY
Coaxial cables with lower inflammability and higher resistance to fire propagation according to STN IEC 60332-1, STN IEC 60332-3 non-halogen, with low smoke density by burning according to STN IEC 61034-2 and low corrosivity of combustion gases according to STN IEC 60754-2. Cables are designated for tertiary networks CATV, for rising wiring, for satellite reception and home TV and radio signal distribution in an environment with higher fire hazard. Cables can be installed also on flammable base.
CONSTRUCTION

1 Vnútorné Inner copper core single-wired or multi-wired.
2 Dielectric out of cross-linked PE or PPE.
3 Screening
- type J - Al-PET foil and CuSn wires braiding with 50% coverage
- type O - Cu wires braiding with min.91% coverage
- type D - double Cu wires braiding with » 99 % coverage (coverage of every braiding is min. 90%).
4 Non-halogen flame retardant PE jacket.

DELIVERING, PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
All cable types are supplied according to relevant company standards, twisted into coils, eventually greater lengths on wooden or metal drums. Every length is marked with tag with these data:
- producer´s mark
- cable identification
- cable length in meters
- production date
- stamp of quality control
The whole cable can be marked with description on a jacket on request of a client.
Cables can be stored in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C to +50 °C.
It is necessary to assure that cables are not damaged by mechanical or other effects.
