APPLICATION

Cables substitute: VLEOY, VLEJY, VCEOY, VLEDY

Coaxial cables with lower inflammability and with higher resistance to fire propagation according to IEC 60332-3-22, non-halogen, with low smoke density by burning according to STN IEC 61034-2 and low corrosivity of combustion gases according to STN IEC 60754-2. Cables are designated for LAN computer networks in basic range with transmission velocity 10 Mbit/s according to IEEE 802.3, for HF energy transmission, for special purposes for most difficult application in radio-engineering and for movable supplies in measuring devices in environment with fire hazard. Cables can be installed also on flammable base.

  • type J - Al-PET foil and braiding out of CuSn wires with 50 % coverage.
  • type O - braiding out of Cu wires with min. 91 % coverage.
  • type D - double braiding out of Cu wires with coverage » 99 % (coverage of every braiding is min. 90%).

PACKING, DELIVERING, STORAGE, TRANSPORT

All cable types are supplied according to relevant company standards, twisted into coils, eventually greater lengths on wooden or metal drums. Every length is marked with tag with these data:

- producer´s mark
- cable identification
- cable length in meters
- production date
- stamp of quality control

The whole cable can be marked with description on a jacket on request of a client.

Cables can be stored in general in open-air area or in warehouses. They cannot be exposed to thermal radiation and they cannot be stored together with flammable liquids or solvents or with products containing them. It is safe to manipulate with cables at temperature range -10 °C to +50 °C.

It is necessary to assure that cables are not damaged by mechanical or other effects.
