VUPOXY E-1K

APPLICATION

It is designated for trickling impregnation of mechanically and thermally highly stressed windings of alternator rotors and high-speed electrical rotating machines for domestic appliances and hand tools of thermal class F-H.

CHARACTERISTICS

Trickling impregnating resin VUPOXY E-1K is one-component impregnating resin based on modified epoxy resin. It is typical for its  low level of  volatile substance – „VOC = 0“,  an excellent mechanical strength, very good penetration into the winding, short curing time at 160oC. Windings impregnating with it have very good mechanical strength, resistance to vapor solvents, transformer oils and refrigerator liquids.
