Winding wires of electrical machines and appliances form the most important part of insulating systems which vitally affects reliability and in consequence also service life of devices.
The VUKI a.s., Winding Wires Division's production program includes production of insulated round wires, enamelled and insulated rectangular wires with copper or aluminium core.
Specifications of our winding wires comply with the corresponding technical standards STN EN, STN IEC and works standards PN VUKI.
We produce 11 basic product groups:
1. LLID – copper profile insulated by enamel on polyesterimide base.
2. LAID – aluminium profile insulated by enamel on polyesterimide base.
3. OCKLI – copper round wire wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating enamel.
4. OCIK - copper round wire insulated by enamel on polyesterimide base, wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating enamel.
5. OLKL – copper profile wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating enamel
6. OAKL – aluminium profile wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating enamel.
7. OLIK - copper profile insulated by enamel on polyesterimide base wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating enamel.
8. OAIK – aluminium profile insulated by enamel on polyesterimide base wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating enamel.
9. OLEKA – copper profile insulated with two PET ribbons, twice in opposite direction wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating polyester enamel.
10. OAEKA – aluminium profile insulated with two PET ribbons, twice in opposite direction wound with glass-fibre impregnated by electro insulating polyester enamel.
11. OLIV – copper profile insulated by enamel on polyesterimide base twice in opposite direction wound with combined glass-fibre + PET fibre, surface with polyester enamel.
Except for these basic product groups we produce by agreement with clients their different combinations or we insulate with less used material types.
